Start free with 200 credits to test, no card needed. When you are ready, pick a plan to start a 7-day full-access trial; cancel before day 7 and you are not charged.

- Is there a free trial?
- Yes - two ways. (1) Signup is free: 200 credits to test the product, no credit card, no time limit. (2) Pick any paid plan to start a 7-day full-access trial. You add a card up front, but you are not charged until day 7 - cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
- Can I change plans mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
- How do credits work?
- On a paid plan, a search costs a flat 2 to 5 credits depending on how many listings you pull: up to 10 listings is 2 credits, up to 25 is 3, up to 50 is 4, larger pulls are 5. Alerts debit the same grid when they fire. On the free signup, each new listing found costs 1 credit. Every tier gets the same data depth - you scale on volume.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No - credits reset each billing period. If you run out mid-month, upgrade your plan and the new allowance applies immediately.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit cards via Stripe. For annual billing or enterprise (Team plan), bank transfer is available on request.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. One click in your dashboard. No cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts.
