3. Data Sources

UnitHunter aggregates publicly available property listing data from PropertyFinder, Bayut, and Dubizzle. Unit number information is obtained from official Dubai Land Department records. We do not access private or restricted databases.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Search results and property data are stored in our database for the duration specified by your plan (30 days to 12 months). You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Resend for email notifications. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
