1. Service Description

UnitHunter is a property data platform that searches publicly available listings across PropertyFinder, Bayut, and Dubizzle. The service provides property information including unit numbers verified through Dubai Land Department records, agent contact details, RERA permits, and other listing data.

2. Account and Subscription

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. New accounts start on a free tier that includes 200 credits at no cost and does not require a credit card. On the free tier one credit counts one unique listing scanned; on paid plans searches debit a flat 2 to 5 credits depending on size. Subscriptions to paid plans include a 7-day free trial during which no payment is taken. Adding a payment method is optional and only required to continue past day 7. If no payment method is added, the subscription is automatically canceled at the end of the trial. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Usage Limits

Each plan has defined limits for the number of listings scanned and unit number lookups per month. Limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle. If you exceed your limits, searches will pause until the next cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use UnitHunter for lawful purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data obtained through UnitHunter without our written permission. You are responsible for how you use the property data and contact information provided by the service.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data, UnitHunter does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of property listing information. Unit number resolution depends on the availability of records in the Dubai Land Department system. Success rates may vary by property type and location.

6. Limitation of Liability

UnitHunter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the data provided by our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Property portals may change their structure or access policies, which could temporarily affect data availability. We will notify users of significant service disruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
